All women were encouraged to stop by practice at the Greenheck to see if women’s tackle football is something that they would want to be a part of. Basic fundamentals are taught at practice and women should not be apprehensive about joining – no matter what their level of knowledge of football is. They also discussed the diverse group of women on the team, ranging from ages 17-46 and coming from all walks of life, proving that tackle football can fit into almost anyone’s lifestyle. Practices are on Monday from 7:30 – 9:30 and on Friday from 6-8 at the Greenheck. There are also practices every other Sunday from 9-11. The coaches encourage all women to come and join the pack!
